Sweater knitwear manufacturing

Sweater programmes can be developed for brand collections from an established technical pack, a physical sample, a photograph or an early product concept. BELA TREND manufactures in 5G, 7G and 12G, so the construction, yarn and intended weight of each sweater are reviewed together rather than treated as isolated specifications.

The in-house process covers knitting, linking and sewing, washing, drying, pressing, measuring and quality control, labelling, packing and shipping. The standard minimum order is 100 pieces per model and colour. Merino, wool and lambswool, cotton and wool/acrylic yarn directions can be considered during development, subject to availability and sample validation.
