Privacy Policy

Last updated: 21 September 2026. This policy explains how BELA TREND handles personal data submitted through belatrend.bg and in related business correspondence.

Data controller

БЕЛА ТРЕНД ЕООД (BELA TREND EOOD), UIC 204117088, VAT BG204117088, registered office: 24 28-mi Oktomvri St, 2850 Petrich, Bulgaria. The company is represented by manager Nikola Trendafilov. Privacy and data-rights enquiries may be sent to nikola@belatrend.bg.

What we collect

When you use the manufacturing enquiry form, we may receive your company or brand name, contact person, business email, country, product type, estimated quantity, material direction, target timing and project brief. We may also receive information you later choose to send by email, such as a tech pack or project files. The website does not offer public file upload in the initial RFQ form and does not store RFQ submissions in a WordPress submissions inbox. Technical server and security logs may also contain information such as IP address, request time, requested URL and user-agent data.

Why we use the data

We use enquiry data to assess manufacturing fit, respond to your request, discuss sampling or production and maintain necessary business correspondence. Depending on the context, processing is based on our legitimate interest in handling B2B enquiries and operating a secure website, steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, and legal obligations that may apply to business records. We do not use RFQ data for unrelated marketing lists unless a separate lawful basis is established.

Recipients and processors

Website hosting, server infrastructure and the mailbox infrastructure used to receive enquiries are provided through SuperHosting.BG. Contact Form 7 and WP Armour run locally within the WordPress installation and are not separate external SaaS recipients. The launch baseline does not use Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity or reCAPTCHA. We do not sell personal data.

Retention

If an enquiry does not become an active commercial relationship, we retain the enquiry and related correspondence for up to six months after the last substantive contact, then delete or anonymise it unless a legal claim, contract, accounting obligation or another documented lawful need requires longer retention. If the enquiry becomes an active customer or project, the relevant contractual and statutory retention rules apply separately. Technical logs are retained only according to the security, troubleshooting and legal requirements applicable to the hosting environment.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, objection to processing and data portability where the right applies. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent without affecting earlier lawful processing. You may also lodge a complaint with the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection. To exercise a right, contact nikola@belatrend.bg.

Cookies and changes

The launch baseline uses only strictly necessary cookies or similar technical storage. We do not use analytics or advertising cookies. See our Cookie Policy for the current baseline. We will update this policy if the website, processors, retention rules or measurement stack materially change.
