Factory overview
A compact production setup for knitwear projects
Our Petrich facility combines knitting with the downstream stages needed to prepare finished garments for shipment. Practical monthly output is typically 3,000–5,000 pieces, depending on style complexity and the production schedule.
The machine fleet covers 5G, 7G and 12G. The exact distribution is 6 machines in 5G, 10 in 7G and 7 in 12G. Material and gauge choices are reviewed against the individual product brief rather than treated as interchangeable for every style.
The factory is based in Petrich, Bulgaria, giving B2B projects a European Union manufacturing base. Development can begin from a tech pack, physical sample, photo or product idea, while the wider project can also include yarn sourcing, sampling, grading, labels, care labels, hangtags, packing and delivery logistics where required by the brief.
Under one roof
From knitting to shipment
The documented in-house sequence is knitting → linking/sewing → washing → drying → ironing/pressing → measuring and quality control → labelling → packing → shipping. Keeping these stages within the same production flow supports coordination from garment construction through final packing.
Measurement and quality control take place before labelling and packing. We keep this description limited to the documented production stage and do not present it as a separate certification or unverified inspection protocol.
